This policy sets the standards for using our website and portal. It applies to students, parents, carers, staff, and visitors. It should be read with our Privacy policy, Disclaimer, and Copyright notice.
Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to anyone who accesses our website, creates a portal account, attends sessions, or communicates with our team. Parents and carers are responsible for supervising younger users’ appropriate use of the portal.
Fair use of the platform
You agree to use the portal only for lawful educational purposes connected to our services. You must not attempt to access accounts, courses, or data that are not intended for you, probe or disrupt our systems, or use automated tools to scrape content without permission.
Content you upload
Submissions must not contain unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful material. Do not upload others’ personal information without consent. We may remove content and suspend access for serious breaches.
Sessions and communication
Live sessions must follow staff instructions and safeguarding rules published on our Safeguarding page. Off-platform contact initiated by staff requires organisational approval. Users must behave respectfully toward tutors, students, and staff.
Academic integrity
Our tutoring supports learning and independent completion of work. You must not use our services to submit assessed work as your own where your school or institution prohibits assistance, unless your institution has approved the arrangement.
Privacy and security
You must keep login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. Do not share another user’s personal information.
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or terminate access for repeated or serious violations and may refer matters to schools, parents, or authorities where required. Nothing in this policy limits remedies available at law.
