Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, copyright in the website, portal software interface, logos, trade marks, text, graphics, photographs, videos, worksheets, course structures, and other materials published by MindMap Services is owned by or licensed to MindMap Services.

Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)

Our materials are protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international treaties. Unauthorised use may infringe copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Permitted use

You may view and download content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes where we expressly allow it (for example, resources assigned to you in the portal). You must not copy, reproduce, communicate, publish, adapt, or distribute our materials to third parties without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law (such as fair dealing for research, study, or criticism where applicable).

Educational and client materials

Materials prepared specifically for an enrolled student or organisation are licensed for use by that client for the agreed educational purpose. Sharing outside the household, class, or contract scope requires our permission. Tutors and contractors must not reuse client-specific materials for other clients without authorisation.

User submissions

By submitting content to our portal or website, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, store, and display that content for delivering services, safeguarding, and administration. You confirm you have the right to provide the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

“MindMap Services” and related logos are trade marks of MindMap Services. You must not use our trade marks without written permission.
